The Audio, Video, and Lighting Ministry ensures all technical aspects of our services enhance the worship experience. Paul's team creates an immersive environment through sound engineering, visual displays, and lighting.
Marketing Ministry
Led by Guillian Anderson, this ministry handles the creative and promotional aspects of church activities, ensuring that events and messages effectively reach both the congregation and the wider community. They use various media platforms to communicate and engage, enhancing the church’s presence both online and offline.
First Impressions Ministry
Led by Yesenia Guilfuchi, the First Impressions Ministry exists to reflect the love of Christ through warmth, intentional connection, and genuine hospitality. From the parking lot to the entrance, including our Connection Hub, the team creates a welcoming and relational environment where every guest and member feels seen, valued, and supported. More than a greeting, this ministry helps connect individuals to the life and mission of Pursuit Worship, serving as the intentional bridge between arrival and belonging.
Children Ministry
Jailene Tincopa leads a nurturing environment that fosters faith from a young age through biblical stories and creative activities. This ministry is a place where the youngest members of our community can learn about God's love and start their spiritual journey under Jailene's guidance.
Student Ministry
Bobby Tincopa focuses on engaging preteens and teenagers, helping them navigate their formative years with faith-based guidance and fellowship. His ministry offers a mix of fun, learning, and spiritual growth opportunities tailored to the challenges and interests of young adults.
Discipleship Ministry
Chris Pandelos guides the Discipleship Ministry in deepening believers' understanding and practice of their faith through educational programs and resources. His leadership provides mentorship and study groups that encourage a closer walk with Christ.
Community Outreach Ministry
Led by Carmen Swinton, this ministry is dedicated to serving the wider community through events and programs that extend help and hope beyond the church walls. They focus on making a tangible difference in the lives of others through acts of service and charity.
Small Groups Ministry
Alexandra Jensen leads the Small Group Ministry, where members connect and grow in their faith in a personal and supportive environment. Under her guidance, these groups encourage deep discussions on spiritual matters, fostering strong bonds and personal growth among participants.
